I have noticed this as well, even when I used the Intel Desktop adapter. I
haven't been able to get some files off of my VM due to SFTP/SCP eventually
stalling. It's kind of annoying, and I thought it had to do with server
latency or some other aspect. In the meantime, I'll just run on bare metal
for what I need to do, as I admit I was just running the VMs since I was
mostly too lazy to simply reboot my machine.
