[haiku-development] Lone apps in subfolder or not?

Hello there!
There's been a short thread [1] in the haikuports-dev mailing list,
discussing if applications that only come as single binaries should be
placed directly in the apps folder or in a subfolder, i.e. apps/TheApp
vs. apps/TheApp/TheApp.
The GCI has loads of task building recipes for haikuporter.
Maybe we can come up with a rule for that quickly without too much
bike-shedding.
