Not necessarily. The bust is only if you try building a complete image. For
most things, you just build the app/kit/lib you're working on. There are
jam targets for many things, so e.g. "jam -q Tracker" will build only
Tracker and libtracker.so.
Then you can test your custom Tracker plus lib before committing the
change.
