It's nowhere near done yet, but the good news is the EFI parts exist up to iterating over partitions, the steps of actually booting is completly missing. My spare time has been very limited. :( Feel free to help out (it is quite easy to setup, and I tried to write documentation to get started): https://github.com/tqh/efi-example is for setting up an EFI application build environment, and I'll push disk handling code during the weekend. Other than that just ask and I'll try to answer. /Fredrik Holmqvist, TQH 2013/7/6 Marcus Jacob <rossi@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>: > Hi all, > > just a short question, what is the current state of affairs in terms of Haiku > support for a) CloverTrail and b) UEFI without CSM based systems? > > I would be interested to experiment/play with Haiku on an ATIV Tab 3. > > Cheers, > Rossi > > -- > Marcus Jacob > > skype:marcus.jacob.de > twitter:mjacob73 > > http://www.linkedin.com/in/marcusjacob > http://www.xing.com/profile/Marcus_Jacob5 > > PGP Key available: > ldap://keyserver.pgp.com > PGP Fingerprint: 1FD9 EF5D 8A6C 1C81 9E2B BFDB CB11 5CB3 4E04 B87F > > -- Fredrik Holmqvist Chaordic: things that thrive on the edge of chaos with just enough order to give them pattern, but not so much to slow their adaptation and learning.
