There are some free software for audio editing, one can use sawteeth on 
Haiku, or many others on other systems (zynaddsubsfx under linux is 
another, more powerful example).

It could be also picking existing sounds on a website like freesound. 
As long as there is no lincence problem, there can be many ways to do 
it.


I noticed some other orgs (VLC) have a task for creating a flyer 
presenting their software. This also needs some software, but it can be 
done with GIMP and anyone can download that.
