I think the idea was to complete the coding style bot first and in future add 
building capabilities
to it so it can replace madmax's bot completely. Since my bot doesn't have 
these capabilities as of
now therefore a seperate account would be better.

Ok, next question in that case: do we want to deploy this in production 
already? We need to finalize the
work on clang-format/haiku-format first, because the currently available 
version is not formatting the
code according to our coding guidelines. So the bot would be misleading, 
suggesting changes that are
in fact incorrect.
