Yes, but you have only a short time left to submit your application. You have
to submit a final
proposal by next tuesday, and before that, ideally submit a draft version so it
can be reviewed
by us.
We also require you to submit at lease one code contribution, although it's ok
if that happens
slightly past the application period deadline while we're still reviewing the
applications and
deciding who gets selected.
