[haiku-development] Commit access for a couple of people

Hi all,
I would like to propose a couple of people to get commit access:
JiSheng Zhang (absabs)
Philippe Saint-Pierre (stpere)
There is more people who have sent good patches... I still have a huge
backlog of patches I want to test and commit... really sorry about this.
But these two I know for sure have earned it. Anyone against? If there is
no discussion, I will wait two days and then add them. :-)
