[haiku-development] Commit access for Maurice Kalinowski

Hi developers,
I would like to propose Maurice Kalinowski for being granted commit access.
Maurice has send Media Kit related patches and would like to do more work
on Cortex and the media_server. If nobody has any objections within 2 days,
I will take care of doing the necessary Berlios actions. :-)
