[haiku-development] CD Image too big

Is there any reason that the "Develop" folder can not be on
the CD image as a zip file. After-all it does not make
much sense to compile program with a read-only boot drive.
Well, I could think of some reasons but they would be very
rare in real-life.
A zipped development folder will save over 60+ MB. The
only question would the installer be changed to unzip such a
folder or should it be left to the user to do?
