The entire "gcc/gcc/java" folder does not exist anymore (it was
removed with GCC 7), but it seems you are trying to build some version
of GCC that has it.
I had a bunch of old untracked files hanging out in my build tools for some
reason. I did a got clean -fd and that seemed to do the trick. Sorry for
the noise.
