CKJ,
Yes the alpha builds you will find include the development tools all
ready to use.  At HaikuPorts you'll find some common porting tips
(http://ports.haiku-files.org/wiki).  My guess is since tetrinet uses
network, you'll need to at least change -lnet to -lnetwork, but there
might be more little tweaks needed as well.  Good luck.
