[haiku-development] Adding flags to Locale

Hi there!
Say, I wanted to add some national flags to the Locale preflet. I'd put
the icons themselves in data/artwork/icons/flags. I think I'd then
export them as rdef data and insert them into
src/kits/locale/CountryFlags.rdef. Do I really have to change all the
subsequent resource IDs of all flags by hand?
Even so, doing this and "jam -qaj2 Locale" still won't show the new
flags in the newly compiled Locale panel. What step did I miss?
