[haiku-depot-web] fat elk server update

The fatelk.com website is no longer directed to
coquilletkd.com/coquillemartialarts.com. therefore the depot addresses
have changed.

32bit: http://fatelk.com/repo

64bit: http://fatelk.com/repo_64


The fatelk server is now on a comercial host and no-longer running on
on a haiku box. This should bring better uptime and bandwidth.
