Hello!
I have just released a new version; 1.0.110.
The last version 1.0.109 was not deployed owing to time-pressures. The details
of 1.0.109 are noted in an email to this mailing list on 24th Jan 2019. Those
notes contain points that the deployer (Alex) needs to be aware of and some
actions need to be taken at deploy time and post-deploy.
1.0.110 contains the following additional changes;

Japanese translations have been provided by Murai Takashi which is an exciting
addition to the system -- thank you for your contribution!
The system now requires that users acknowledge user usage conditions when they
authenticate with HDS. Work in the desktop application will have to be
undertaken over the next period in order to implement that.
Improvements have been made around startup procedures to avoid a startup
sequencing problem when the database is not yet ready at the time that HDS is
trying to make an initial connection to the database.
The main menu has been altered to make navigation options easier to see and
work with.
Some minor bugs and code-clean-ups have been performed.

Once this version is released I will be looking to upgrade the system from Java
8 to Java 11 and also to perform basic maintenance of library versions.
