Can-do. Also going to do a PR with a Makefile to automate the ideal build of

Err.. this pom version stuff seems a bit overly complex :-)
I've extracted the following versions looking at all the scripts and the
pom.xml:
ENV HDS_VERSION "1.0.107"
ENV JETTY_VERSION "9.4.11.v20180605"
ENV PG_VERSION "9.4.1212"
Docker can use an ".env" file next to the Dockerfile to get environment
variables.
Maybe keeping a .env set to the "last built and released" version in the git
repo?
At the moment the Dockerfile blanks out to "???", so i would have to re-build
a
release to push to Docker hub.
...Then again, we could just get you proper access to hub.docker.com :-) so
you
could do it at build. Do you have an account there Andrew?
