[haiku-depot-web] Update; ATOM feeds

Hello;
The application now provides ATOM feeds, the "application error page" is
shown in preference to the servlet container's own error page and there
are a couple of other minor changes.
Oliver; a small configuration change is necessary with this deployment.
Previously there was a configuration item "passwordreset.baseurl" --
this should be removed and the following configuration item added instead;
baseurl=https://depot.haiku-os.org
Again, thanks to Humdinger for the German localizations!
