Why is this a problem? Obviously not having to worry about case is convenient, extra convenient on the command line. In HaikuDepot, you search for "QupZilla" and it will show you which package to install. Other package management systems work just the same (i.e. the package for Ecplise in Ubuntu is "ecplise"). Another argument is that the package system will not let you have two packages with the same name. But allowing "display names" and using them for example in the HaikuDepot listing or elsewhere reintroduces the problem of name clashes.
