I think that the functionality to order attributes is misplaced in FileTypes, especially if People is the only app that makes use out of it; I think it's neither intuitive nor powerful this way. Either FileTypes should grow some kind of UI designer for attributes (to make that actually useful), or that functionality would better be put into People directly (best using a grid and drag&drop). IMO the current solution is not really optimal. Also, if not done yet, I would add a "configure attributes" menu item to People that launches FileTypes with the right MIME type already selected.
