Since this rework I'm completely unable to use sockets at all ; i.e.
if I start up Vision with 3 concurrent server connections, one of them
makes it part way and then all 3 completely stop sending/receiving
anything. Closing/reopening it yields a new session with even less
progress. If I reboot, I'm back to the first issue. Anything I can do
to figure out where/how things are going wrong?
