Interestingly I'm getting a build break over here as well, albeit in
syscalls.cpp, namely that B_STRING_TYPE and friends aren't defined.
Adding an include for TypeConstants.h fixes that here though, and as
far as I can see I have no other local changes (already tried
cleaning/reconfiguring/etc.)
