Forgot to mention in the commit message:
* Remove apparently unused matchLength argument to
ComputeTypeAheadScore.
* Rename the CountView filter update functions to
AddFilterCharacter/RemoveFilterCharacter as that is what they do.
Not really awake anymore it seems, sorry about that.
