I had originally done the vendor import of libjpeg 7, but had never
applied it to trunk because of the fact that ours was hacked up with a
"lossless patch", and I wasn't sure how we wanted to integrate it. If
you completely replaced it with version 8, I think that is the best
solution, as the lossless patch makes it incompatible with the normal
libjpeg.
