4da6cf840307: configure: allow building GDB along with the buildtools

from a stock GDB source tree.

I was getting tired of doing it manually.

Is that the right place to do it? We have a recipe for an ARM GDB at 
haikuports, and it would not be hard to derive a PPC one from it.
And then we could also have binary packages for those.
