What's the proper way to remove it then?
It's merely just removing from the definition file. The duplicate
won't get removed, however. This is a feature of the haiku &
haikuports pairing. This is so one can match a particular Haiku
revision to the state of the repo tree at that version, to aid in
bisection, etc.
