S&T is now a mandatory system feature. Apps may start relying on it and
use it (to replace tabs in terminal or web+ for example).

I don't know yet how it will work for these. There are multiple
solutions :
 * Have a popup menu with a list of the stacked windows
 * Have tabs anyway (split the titlebar in 2 if there are 2 windows,
...)
 * Have previous/next buttons

What happens currently is you can stack windows anyway, but the only
way to switch between them is reaching them from the deskbar. I don't
find that too useful.

Anyway, these decorators are meant as a little playground to see what
can be done.
