Today i would to install Haiku PM on an SD card (i've always done this
before with Haiku, using a RAW image as source). I format the target disk
as usual inside DriveSetup, but then inside the list of destination disks
of Installer, this disk is not present (note that instead, inside "Install
from" is present). The only way to see this disk available is to reboot
Haiku (unmount or removing phisically this SD card doesn't solve).
