#9932: Allow selection of display on graphics devices with multiple outputs

 My computer is an HP t5745 which has two video outputs, shown in the
 GNU/Linux 'lspci' output as:
 {{{
 00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation Mobile 4 Series
 Chipset Integrated Graphics Controller (rev 09)
 00:02.1 Display controller: Intel Corporation Mobile 4 Series Chipset
 Integrated Graphics Controller (rev 09)
 }}}
 The display is connected to the second device but Haiku displays to the
 first, which is a lower-resolution analogue output and in fact it won't go
 beyond 1024x768.

 There should be a configuration option to tell Haiku to use the second
 output.

 Even nicer would be a xrandr-style preferences dialog to allow switching
 and positioning of the two outputs.

 There is no BIOS option to select the output.

 #9894 is related but refers to multiple cards, not multiple outputs of one
 card.
