 The timezone preference is unrelated to the Locale setting. So, if you set
 the timezone and tell Haiku the system clock is set to local time, it
 should agree with Windows on the time of day and everything should be ok.

 If you don't select a timezone, the default is GMT+0 (english / portuguese
 time), which can get a bit confusing if Windows doesn't agree.
