I've saved playlists with MediaPlayer, but they only use the default file
 icon.

Is there a reason we're not using the Playlist icon for application/x-vnd
 .haiku-playlist ?

Perhaps because a music note isn't indicative of the possible video files
that might be included in a playlist?

If we need a better icon, perhaps this can be made a task. Otherwise maybe
we can at least use the existing Playlists icon so that playlists are
easily recognizable without requiring a file extension to be added
 manually.
