hrev45285 gcc2h.
To reproduce:
* Launch Mail.
* Edit -> Settings.
* Select "Button bar: Hide"
* "OK"
* Exit Mail. Launch Mail.
* The button bar is not visible.
* Go into settings and enable either "Show icons & labels" or "Show icons
only".
* Crash. debug information is attached.
