May be due to improper mimetype handling.

Closed #10333 as a duplicate as per PulkoMandy in irc. These issues look
to be caused by errors handling document types. Choosing my account on
ebay.com results in WebPositive downloading a "dll" instead of seeing it
as an HTML page.
