#9149: kernel panic at install -----------------------------------------+------------------------- Reporter: forwax | Owner: axeld Type: bug | Status: new Priority: normal | Milestone: R1 Component: Network & Internet/Wireless | Version: R1/alpha4 Keywords: install panic irq routing | Blocked By: Blocking: | Has a Patch: 0 Platform: x86 | -----------------------------------------+------------------------- I get an error when I try to install either from a ISO/CD or the Anyboot (boot downloaded from torrent). The error message is "PANIC: calculated irq routing doesn't match bios for PCI 8:0:0" (see picture file). When I go in linux using lspci, that PCI 08:00:00 is my wireless card which is a atheros base pci express (AR928X. I'm trying to install it on my laptop which is a Toshiba Satellite M300. I tried to put the bios at AHCI and compatible mode, disabled some function (I don't have alot I can do from the bios setting) or configuring a default setup nothing as work so far. -- Ticket URL: <http://dev.haiku-os.org/ticket/9149> Haiku <http://dev.haiku-os.org> Haiku - the operating system.
