Checked out buildtools, installed gmake from ports, tried to make jam and
got the following error:

~/buildtools/jam# gmake
LINKLIBS= ./jam0
gmake: *** [all] Segmentation fault: 11 (core dumped)
}}}
I was finally able to make Haiku's jam by installing jam from ports then
running `jam` followed by `jam install`.
