This is r43238.
* Activate type-ahead filtering in the Tracker prefs
* Launch any app, e.g. StyledEdit
* Press ALT+O to conjure up a file dialog
* Enter a few letters to filter the displayed file list
* Press ESC
Now the filter should be reset, but instead the file dialog is closed.
That should only be done with the next ESC, when the filter is empty/off.
