Can anyone comment if this patch is OK to commit? It applies cleanly to
master (currently at hrev45326). WIth the patch applied, the tooltip will
appear only when hovering over a specific timezone. The contents of the
tooltip will change, depending on which timezone the mouse is hovering
over.
