 In r1alpha3-rc-r41651, I've seen instances of dirty clipping regions.
 Using Workspaces as a desktop replicant, an application will be dragged
 from the current workspace to an inactive one.

 Later, the BView section of the app will reappear on the current
 workspace.
 (eg, no window decoration or title tab).

 It appears that having an application with graphical updates will trigger
 the dirty clipping region to be drawn.  As example, Installer's progress
 bar.
 Though, it's not 100% reproducible.
