You are mixing country codes (se) and language codes (sv).
Language codes are defined by the ISO 639 standard :
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_ISO_639-1_codes
Country codes are defined by ISO 3166 :
http://www.iso.org/iso/country_codes/iso_3166_code_lists/english_country_names_and_code_elements.htm
They are different in many cases. Remember that some languages have
different countries and some countries have multiple languages.
