The thread limit is [https://dev.haiku-
os.org/browser/haiku/trunk/src/system/kernel/thread.cpp?rev=40196#L75 not
enforced] ATM. The reason why creating more threads fails at some point is
probably due to some other resource limit (address space, semaphores,...).
