This is r40373.
Tracker's "Select..." window always opens on the workspace it was first
opened:
* Go to workspace 1
* Choose "Select..." e.g. from Desktop's context menu
* Close the window
* Switch to workspace 2
* Again choose "Select..." e.g. from Desktop's context menu
--> The window opens in workspace 1
