The initial idea of using cursor was nice, but the second attempt (with
both resize and move) attempts to pack so much information into the cursor
that I think it ends up being quite undecipherable.
I think the blue borders make a much better job of showing how the window
will be moved/resized?
In that case, just one cursor indicating "resize/move" mode, in
combination with the highlighted border, would probably work just as well.
And it's probably a bit simpler to implement.
