As a note, several LoaderPages are included with the WebPositive optional
package. These will attempt to load the pages locally, and if they don't
exist then off of the web.
The start page setting could be changed to {{{
/boot/home/config/settings/WebPositive/LoaderPages/Welcome }}} in this
case.
