#6627: Resizing stacked windows that are tiled to another ----------------------------------------+----------------------------------- Reporter: humdinger | Owner: czeidler Type: bug | Status: new Priority: normal | Milestone: R1 Component: Servers/app_server | Version: R1/Development Keywords: Stack&Tile, SATDecorator | Blocked By: Has a Patch: 0 | Platform: All Blocking: | ----------------------------------------+----------------------------------- Arrange you windows like this (stacked bookmarks Tracker window and Web+'s Downloads window, tiled to Web+): [[Image(screenshot1.png)]] Now resize the stacked Bookmark/Downloads windows, make it narrower. At some point you'll only resize the bookmarks window, because the Downloads window has a minimal size. This reveals the Downloads window behind the bookmarks: [[Image(screenshot2.png)]] One could argue if this is desired behavior. In any case, Download's border isn't exactly positioned to Web+'s border. Now, un-stack by closing the Downloads window.[[BR]] Now there's a gap between Web+ and the bookmarks window until you move either of them. Then they snap together. But that's not all: resizing the bookmarks window horizontally will again produce a gap as if the Downloads window were still there: [[Image(screenshot3.png)]] -- Ticket URL: <http://dev.haiku-os.org/ticket/6627> Haiku <http://dev.haiku-os.org> Haiku - the operating system.
