 Arrange you windows like this (stacked bookmarks Tracker window and Web+'s
 Downloads window, tiled to Web+):

 Now resize the stacked Bookmark/Downloads windows, make it narrower. At
 some point you'll only resize the bookmarks window, because the Downloads
 window has a minimal size. This reveals the Downloads window behind the
 bookmarks:

 One could argue if this is desired behavior. In any case, Download's
 border isn't exactly positioned to Web+'s border.

 Now, un-stack by closing the Downloads window.[[BR]]
 Now there's a gap between Web+ and the bookmarks window until you move
 either of them. Then they snap together. But that's not all: resizing the
 bookmarks window horizontally will again produce a gap as if the Downloads
 window were still there:
