src/preferences/backgrounds/BackgroundsView.cpp currently uses hard coded
cursors for the Grab and Grabbing cursors when manually positioning a
background. (as of r38524 at least)
Shouldn't these use the available system cursors instead? (which have been
updated by Stephan Aßmus and look much nicer)
