ReadOnlyBootPrompt does contain the `English` language option in r38863
(tested with [http://haiku-files.org/anyboot/haiku-nightly-r38863
-x86gcc2hybrid-anyboot.zip haiku-nightly-r38863-x86gcc2hybrid-
anyboot.zip]).
It was probably fixed by changeset:38819.
