To reproduce:
* Launch WebPositive.
* Keep it open and on the default homepage.
* Launch a second time.
An alert info box will pop up

Error loading HTTP://http:/:
Couldn't resolve host name
}}}
The expected behavior is to open a 2nd tab, which occurs if anything but
the default homepage is open.
