It would be nice if Haiku implemented this call. It's not officially part
of POSIX but both Linux and the BSDs implement it. To go with it, ideally
it'd probably be nice to have higher level network kit classes to
encapsulate that functionality, so for instance the network preflet could
also make use of that instead of relying on ioctl().
