 Without tracing (SLAB_MEMORY_MANAGER_TRACING), I'm afraid, there isn't
 anymore interesting info one can get. With tracing enabled, all operations
 on the concerned meta chunk (the tracing data contain the meta chunk
 address instead of the index, though) would be of interest. Might be quite
 a few, though.
