After a patch was added in r36875, Terminal will not calculate the startup
size properly. This causes problems with several command line apps(e.g.
less), causing them to not display properly. I'm attaching a diff which
moves the font setting calls up to their proper place.
P.S. diff was generated from hg so it may need 'patch -p1' if you use it
