I just did some testing. With r36804 after install ProcessController,
NetworkStatus and Volume Control all reload after each reboot. After
installing r36805, only NetworkStatus reloads. Therefore, changeset r36805
would be the culprit. No idea why it was changed, but it seems to be a
regression, and I for one, would like it reverted.
